What to do with these snacks?
I put a couple bags with me in my car, in my work bag, and in the pantry for super quick, easy, and super yummy snacks to keep me satisfied and my blood sugar in check. Nuts and seeds are a great source of fiber and protein, and low in carbs. Goji berries have a little natural sugar, but they are high in protein and fiber. As far as dried fruit goes, goji berries have a much less glycemic compared to other dried fruits such as dried cranberries or raisins.
